White Kydex is a durable thermoplastic material that is highly popular for the production of knife sheaths, holsters, and custom storage solutions. The material combines high strength with low weight and can be reshaped multiple times when heated.
The sheet has both a smooth and a matte side, allowing you to choose the finish that best suits your project. With a size of 300 x 600 mm, you get enough material for several knife sheaths or larger projects. The white color provides a clean and modern look that stands out from traditional black and dark Kydex variants.
Kydex is easily shaped by heating to approximately 150–200 °C and then pressing it around the knife or mold. After cooling, the material retains its shape and provides a strong, precise, and professional finish. The edges can be sanded and polished for an extra neat result.
