Police Blue Kydex is a durable thermoplastic material developed for the production of knife sheaths, holsters, and custom storage solutions. The material combines high strength, low weight, and ease of processing, making it a popular choice among knifemakers and bushcraft enthusiasts.
The sheet has both a smooth and a matte side, allowing you to choose the finish that best suits your project. With a size of 300 x 600 mm, you get enough material for several knife sheaths or larger custom projects. Kydex can be heated to approximately 150–200 °C and molded around the knife or form you are working with. Upon cooling, the material retains its shape and provides a strong, precise, and professional sheath. The edges can easily be sanded and polished for a high-quality finished result.
