Raffir steak knife blade VG10 3-layer – set of 4 in gift box

This set contains four Raffir steak knife blades in 3-layer stainless steel, delivered in a gift box that can also be used to present the finished knives. The blades are an excellent starting point for a complete set of personalized steak knives.

Each blade has a VG10 steel core, enclosed by softer stainless steel for increased toughness and corrosion resistance. The smooth edge is easy to maintain and sharpen. The full-tang design and three mounting holes provide a solid foundation for attaching handle scales.
