Assemble with a shank blank of your choice and shape your own chef's knife. This blade has hidden pliers and is threaded with a nut. That is, you put the blade's tongs in a hole in a shaft block and can tighten the back. The threaded pliers can be used when gluing the shaft or to make a shaft that can be disassembled.

Length of blade including integrated sleeve 220mm, The pliers are Ø5mm, long 85mm where the last 29mm is threaded.
