Elforyn SuperTusk is the closest thing to real elephant ivory, and is very similar in both appearance and feel. Super Tusk even has Schreger lines, which is the term for the pattern in ivory.
The plates of 340x48x5mm can be cut in half and made into a whole knife. Remember G10 liner if you want extra thickness or colour.
